3) The applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the Organisers.
4) The Organisers are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of nomination on any account and for any reason whatsoever.
5) The Organisers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at his/her own risk and can have no claim against "the Organiser" or any other sponsor company in any regard.
6) Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
7) The decision of the jury is final in all cases.
8) Only persons of good health, sound mind and having no medical history of any mental illness and having a good moral character may nominate made herein.
9) Only the applicant will be allowed inside the designated venue of the preliminaries.
10) The schedule of event are subject to change at the discretion of "the Organiser".
11) "the Organisers" are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event.
12) The courts of Delhi have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
13) "the Organiser" reserves the right of absolute discretion to modify any terms and conditions applicable to this award. 
14) Applicant in the award will be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein. In the event of dispute with the terms and conditions, "the Organiser" decision shall be final and binding on the applicant.
15) The organiser reserves the right to use all data material etc. received as part of this award as it may deem fit for its future promotions. The organiser shall have all necessary rights, including, but not limited to, intellectual & other proprietary rights, in and to all submissions and all materials which is provide by the applicant and / or winners.
16) INELIGIBILITY OF WINNER: if the successful participant found to be ineligible a (based on the failure to submit correct information or cannot or does not comply with these terms and conditions) an alternate winner may be selected based on the decision of the judges. "the Organiser" shall not be liable for entries, winner notification responses of prizes that are delayed lost misdirected, illegible, mutilated, incorrect or incomplete and such entries shall not be eligible for this contest once submitted entries including all entry data shall become the sole property of "the Organiser". "the Organiser" shall have the right to rely on this clause, even in the event that "the Organiser" learns of a person’s ineligibility subsequent to the announcement of winner. 32) 17) APPLICANTS DATA: the name addresses, telephone number, email, identities & photographs of the applicants may be used by "the Organiser" at their sole discretion,

By submitting your work/entries/ideas or any other data (“Submissions”) or authorizing a third party to do so on your behalf, you:

6. you further agree that personal data, especially your name, address and other personal details, as may be provided by you to BRANDSUN at the time of making the nomination Submission, may be processed, shared and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the awards contest(s) and any other purposes outlined herein, the data may also be used by BRANDSUN to verify your identity, postal address and telephone number or to otherwise verify your eligibility to participate in the awards contest(s);
7. specifically agree and acknowledge that BRANDSUN makes no representations or warranties, and shall not be held liable in any manner, in respect of qualification and/or selection or winning nomination and as to the completeness, accuracy, adequacy, currency or reliability of any content published, distributed, translated, publicly displayed by BRANDSUN or any other Authorized Parties in connection with organization of and participation in the award contest(s), details of the nomination and you, or results of the awards contest(s), or any other matter connected herewith.
